We are a result-oriented team that blends deep advisory work with hands-on technology and product development. Strategists, data scientists, and software engineers sit side by side, building solutions together – from first workshops and models to running software in production.
Our in-house development team builds and evolves products like Calcifer, Skala and Partitur, while our consultants work directly with customers to map reality, shape decisions, and drive transformation. We are on a clear growth journey, scaling to meet demand while keeping the team tight-knit and collaborative so we avoid building our own silos.
